new ironclad release
Ironclad is not dead; the 0.23 release is out in time for the new year. The complete list of changes, as usual, is listed in the NEWS file. The big changes are that the Whirlpool digest was added--thanks to Peter Gijsels--and there have been several incremental improvements to digests--digests are now full CLOS instances, with attendant CLOS support, less consing when computing digests, more attention in the high-level interfaces to getting things done with less consing, etc.
