Ironclad 0.31 has been released. The biggest new feature is an implementation of the Fortuna pseudo-random number generator, contributed by Robert Uhl. Various bits of the code have been made faster. The usual crop of bugs have been fixed, including an embarassing thinko in the digest code for certain edge cases.

Unfortunately, MD5 on Lispworks implementations no longer uses Pierre Mai's fast int32-based code; several people reported bugs on newer versions of Lispworks. It wasn't entirely clear to me whether this was the code's fault or Lispworks's fault, so I went ahead and disabled the code for this release.
